Born in Germany but raised in Canada, Elisabeth Beyer Villalobos discovered her passion for design when she was a child. Since then, she has completed studies at Vancouver Film School, earning a Film Production diploma with a focus in Production Design. Over the last few years, she has further explored her creativity by designing websites and producing content for various travel publications.
Her written work has been featured in Passion Passport, The Norwegian American, Matador Network, Thought Catalog, and on numerous international tourism board websites.
“Impressed by her gorgeous travel posts about some of Scandinavia’s more remote destinations, we reached out to Elisabeth about republishing her work in our newspaper, The Norwegian American. She has always been a joy to work with, and her stunning photographs of Ålesund and the Faroe Islands have even earned her a spot on a couple of our front covers.”

Elisabeth currently lives with her husband in the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, Canada. When she's not busy, she can be found traveling the world and documenting her experiences on Sidetracked, her travel blog.
